Return Process

  Contact our Smeg UK customer service team via our online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your product in its original box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection or Drop-off

  For small appliances, use our prepaid courier label at a local drop-off point; for large appliances like refrigerators, we will schedule a professional home collection at a time that suits you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians have inspected the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
